So Over the Snow

I am officially over the snow. It was pretty for about five minutes and then turned into this disgusting sludgey mess. Kinda funny watching the business people walking to work doing the slip-slide shuffle down the street, but it's getting old.

In other news, the mint released the new dollar coin today. Wonder how long that's going to last.

It's Supposed to Snow

It's supposed to snow tonight and tomorrow. This means I have to move everything from my beautiful new purse into my beautiful new CamelBak. It's so weird how people carry big expensive purses around in bad weather. That's just wasteful.

I was running around fashionista-ville and I got the highly-inappropriate-and-downright-tacky!-look because I was wearing my "I killed Kenny" coat carrying my camoflauge backpack when I got in the elevator with the senior vp of sales and another vp. It was probably all in my head but I put a call into my old home at SF to request a new CamelBak in New York-chic black anyways. How appropriate.

Meichih's coming to visit this week and I'm so excited! Don't forget your long johns!

By the way, for those of you who don't wear long johns: did you know it creates this disgusting belly roll? Because the long johns go up to your belly button and your modern-day pants only go above your hips. It's so disgusting. I feel like a slob.

I came across a cool website: www.librarything.com, which lets you catalog your library and see who has the same books as you. It's such a cool website! I spent a whole day at work playing around with it, instead of doing actual work.
