This is a picture of a girl gets off at the same subway stop I do on the way to work. I`ve seen her a few times and I've only noticed her because of her ridiculous rain outfit. She carries a huge Coach logo'd bag and wears gigantic Coach logo'd boots. She also sometimes wears a matching scarf. It's like in the cartoons when a "before" goes in and the store rattles and spits out the "after" -- except she still looks like a "before."
